Bego Cast Partial Dentures
Bego Cast Partial Dentures
Bego Wironium digital design cast partial frames utilize the latest in CAD/CAM technology. Our integrated digital solutions combine optical scanning of models, virtual blockout and design and 3D resin printing of frameworks.
HIGH STRENGTH – frame is stiff and strong for durability
ADJUSTABLE – clasps may be activated without breakage
DIGITAL DESIGN – excellent fit and retention
BIOCOMPATIBLE – alloy contains no nickel or beryllium
GUARANTEED – 3 year warranty against breakage

STEP 2 - VIRTUAL DESIGN Specialized CAD software is used to design the partial denture frame. |

STEP 3 - 3D PRINTING The CAD design file is sent to a printer which creates a resin pattern. |

STEP 4 - TRADITIONAL CASTING The resin frame is used to create a mould, and the framework is cast traditionally. |
DIGITAL CAST PARTIAL DESIGN The digital survey and blockout identifies undercuts and accurately places connectors for correct path of insertion. |
